Changing and amending your ticket reservation

All changes or amendments will be subject to amendment fees and any fare differences as specified by the airlines rules. If you wish to cancel or amend a reservation you will be liable for any cancellation fees as levied by the airline. Fees vary depending on the airline and the type of ticket/fare that you have purchased. Please note that most "low fares" are non-refundable. If you need to amend a booking it may be possible but will again depend on the conditions of your particular ticket/fare type.

What is an E-ticket?

This is an electronic, paperless ticket that allows you to travel on the airline flight you have selected and purchased.

What is a Travel Document?

A travel document is a record to show your flights have been confirmed and paid for to the airline by us. It will show a booking confirmation with a reference number for our use. It also shows your full flight itinerary, minimum check-in times, details of your flight numbers, the aircraft that you will be flying on and the terms and conditions of the ticket you have purchased if you are wanting to make changes or cancellations. The travel document also shows your e-ticket number which is your paperless ticket.

What is a Boarding Pass?

A boarding pass is provided to you once you have checked-in online or at the airport you are departing from. This pass allows you to board the aircraft once check-in has been completed.

How much baggage can I check-in?

This will depend on the airline you are travelling with and your class of travel. Baggage allowances vary with each airline and if you travel in Business class you will get a higher allowance than if you fly in Economy. The actual allowance applicable to your journey will be shown on your travel itinerary.
